These Galactic Spiral earrings were made by Idaho silversmith JC Caccia. They depict the swirl of billions of stars and solar systems in our Milky Way galaxy. Although no comprehensive photographs have ever been taken of our entire galaxy, scientists ad astronomers generally agree these billions of stars are currently expanding outwards in a spiraling pattern. The Milky Way is but one of billions of galaxies in the universe.
